Rethinking Youth Leadership with New Tools

The online educational platform Leaderonline.net primarily aims to inform and engage young people and adolescents to tell their stories, to evoke the atmosphere in which they live, and to share their concerns with their community and beyond. This platform was inspired by a will for change and novelties; it is designated for young people who want to lead, to expand their horizons and to improve their social environments. The platform offers a variety of stories of young people, from those whose lives are represented by music and sports, through the most beautiful verses and lines in books, young people with test tubes in their hands and those who fight for a healthier environment and better living standards, to the most current and serious topics of the present. We believe that in this way we will start an avalanche of ideas and encourage people close to us, primarily young people, to follow their dreams, understand and proudly say for themselves - I am a leader!

We want young people to know that no idea is unimportant or useless and that together we can contribute to creating a better and stronger community. Leaderonline.net is composed by a team of young people of different ages and interests and participants of PONDER. It is led by Katarina Milić, Ksenija Manojlović, Danijela Radomirović, Anica Nešić with the support of NGO Domovik and the youth network "United Youth - MIND for Children".

Five young women have designed and launched an online platform to empower young people in leadership. This platform was ideated during their intensive work in the PONDER workshop organized in the framework of  the joint project “Empowering Youth for a Peaceful, Prosperous and Sustainable Future in Kosovo”, implemented by UNDP-UNV, UNICEF and UN Women and supported by the Peacebuilding Fund.
