As part of #BuildingBackBetter – project the New Reality platform was launched in response to address the challenges created during the pandemic. The project and its Web Platform (http://realitetiri.com/) aim to:
- Support businesses in identifying and implementing current mandatory COVID-19 measures,
- Support businesses in maintaining control of their workplace to stop transmission of COVID-19,
- Support the rebuilding of the business environment.
Furthermore, the platform will provide up to date and verified information in a visual and meaningful way, ranging from financial relief, research, and other relevant areas to support business and ultimately provide a complete guide to the private sector during the pandemic.
The project includes an awareness campaign which aims to improve overall hygiene and physical distancing practices for business and clients; increase awareness on the role of businesses when it comes to pandemic management, and training business representatives on health and safety at the workplace; as well as gender trainings. In addition, the Platform will support establishing training programmes for Occupational Safety and Health related to COVID-19, and further.
The New Reality Platform will continue to provide support with relevant information and visuals during- and after the COVID-19 pandemic. As the pandemic hopefully phases out, the Platform will focus more on Sustainable Development Goals and the engagement of the private sector in the achievement of Agenda 2030.
